ABERTO 2020
For the first time, CONTEMPORÁNEA (Association of Galician Contemporary Art Galleries) organizes ABERTO, an event in which the associated galleries participate jointly throughout Galicia, in the opening of the new exhibition season 2020-2021.
On Thursday 17th most of the new exhibitions will be opened and can be visited at the times indicated in the program; the rest of the days can be visited at the usual time or by appointment (including the weekend).
Contemporánea is currently made up of eight galleries that join forces as a group with common interests and problems to achieve greater dissemination, promotion, support and defense of contemporary art.
In these times of unexpected and perhaps also essential changes, we consider that this union is more necessary than ever. It will be a pleasure to see you again!
All the galleries comply with the security protocols against covid-19, adapting each space and event to the necessary measures for the security of all (mandatory use of mask, hydroalcoholic gel, limited capacity ...).
CONTEMPORÁNEA has the collaboration of the Xunta de Galicia.
